Shen Kai is a filmmaker, model and actor from Maui, Hawai’i. He grew up on an island surfing, climbing trees, training martial arts, and creating art.

Coming from a background of actors, Shen had an interest in acting from a very young age and got involved doing plays and acting classes very early on. He most recently studied for two years at The Folster Studio in New York City.

Being a lover of action sports, a tennis player and a yogi, Shen is always game to do his own stunts and has a history of booking jobs that require him to do anything from skating, surfing, cliff jumping and doing flips, free-diving, etc.

Blending his filmmaking with his modeling, Shen has become a one-stop-shop for brands, models and music artists and has begun filming and directing fashion campaigns, branded social media content and music videos.

Shen is of Argentinian, Italian and English descent and is multilingual in English, Spanish and some Italian.
